Our practitioners at Veda Yoga Therapy are trained in Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, iRest Yoga Nidra meditation, pranayama, ayurvedic nutrition, therapeutic massage & Reiki. We collaborate with each client and their unique health challenges to empower and guide them on their journey into optimal, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to reduce health issues such as; chronic pain, arthritis, IBS, headaches, menopausal symptoms, weight gain, back and neck pain, anxiety, depression, and much more. We tailor each session to our client’s specific needs and goals. For example, a session might include yoga postures (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and other lifestyle recommendations.
